 Welcome to the home of the Old Dominion Smokehouse Competition BBQ Team hailing from Chesapeake, Virginia. Passion is an understatement when used to describe our love of one of barbecue, one of the few truely originial American cuisines.
Our mission is to perfect the art of low-and-slow cooking over hardwood smoke and to spread the word about the true meaning of BBQ. We work towards our goals through participation in BBQ contests across the country, as it is on the battlefield of competition where truly exceptional barbecue can be found.
